If for a medical or personal reason you are unable or unwilling to continue training within the first 3 weeks of the program (on or before January 31st) we will be happy to issue you a full refund for the program. Although this does not include any processing or admin fee's associated with our registration provider site. Full refunds can take up to a week to process back onto a credit card.
If you are unable or unwilling to continue training after 3 weeks into training (on or after February 1st) we will be happy to issue you a transfer voucher for a future training program of your choice and value. This means you can even join any of our other programs in the future, even if the registration fee is more than what you paid. Unfortunately after February 1st we are unable to issue cash refunds. Our overall goal is your safety and smart training, and we would love for you to participate in any of our future programs when you are back able and willing.
