  • Oakley 1st Workout - Tuesday, August 30th @ 6:30pm @ Oakley Community Center
  • Blue Ash 1st Workout - Wednesday, August 31st @ 6:30pm @ Summit Park

  • Queen Bee 4 Mile - October 8th (NOTE: If you plan to do Queen Bee, you must join 2.0, which requires you to be able to run or run/walk 2 miles at the start of the program)

  • Progressive 10-week Training Schedule designed by your Head Coach
  • Up to 3 fun and challenging group workouts per week led by Mentors for each pace and ability level of WALKERS & RUNNERS

  • Weekly educational clinics covering topics like - what to eat and whenhaving the right gear,  how to avoid injury as you become more activedaily hydration best practices, and more!

Description: No Boundaries is a 5K Training Program designed for people who are currently in-active or new to walking or running. It's a 10 week training program where you get a weekly workout schedule and train as a group twice a week. Your head coach, mentor for YOUR pace of walking or running, and new friends, will make this program a fun challenge! We not only help you build your strength and endurance, but your confidence and knowledge to continue this healthier lifestyle and new hobby.
