Important Dates

  • Gear Up Event:  Saturday, April 16th at 8:00am (Blue Ash or Oakley)
  • First Workout:  Tuesday, April 19th (Oakley) or Wednesday, April 20th (Blue Ash)
  • Goal Race:  Hyde Park Blast 4 Mile - Saturday, June 25th

Program Information

  • Progressive 10-week Training Schedule designed by your Coach
  • Up to 3 fun and challenging group workouts per week
     - Tuesdays at Oakley Community Center @ 6:30pm
     - Wednesdays at Summit Park in Blue Ash @ 6:30pm
     -  Saturdays at Fleet Feet Blue Ash & Fleet Feet Oakley @ 7:30am
  • Small group training led by Mentors for each pace and ability level for WALKERS & RUNNERS (Most Mentors are NoBo Graduates!)
  • No Boundaries Training tech shirt
  • Advice and support from local medical partner, Oxford Physical Therapy
  • Tasty Treats from Sleepy Bee Cafe
  • Weekly educational clinics covering topics like - what to eat and whenhaving the right gear matters,  how to avoid injury as you become more activedaily hydration best practices and more!
  • Camaraderie of other walkers and runners just like you!

Description: No Boundaries Training Program designed for people who are currently in-active or new to walking or running. It's an 10 week training program where you get a weekly workout schedule and train as a group twice a week. Your head coach, mentor for YOUR pace of walking or running, and new friends, will make this program a fun challenge! We not only help you build your strength and endurance, but your confidence and knowledge to continue this healthier lifestyle and new hobby.
