Coaches, Pace Group Leaders & Mentors

Our Coaches and store staff are your greatest assets and will literally be with you every step of the way.  But the support doesn't stop there.  You will have a group of dedicated Pace Group Leaders and Mentors that will not only set specific paces during group runs, but provide you with valuable information, tips, advice, motivation, safety, and wisdom - and the occasional entertainment!   

The truth is our Mentors and Pace Group Leaders are flat out awesome.  They share the same passion, dedication and love for running, walking, fitness and achieving goals as our Head Coaches and staff.  Each one of them has been selected for their roles because of the unique qualities they offer.  While training with us, every participant will be personally touched and coached along the way, and we pride ourselves in our Mentor, Pace Group Leader, and Coach to participant ratio.  We are not the largest training group in town, but we are the most Premium! After all, we are one big family!

Half & Full Marathon Head Coach:  Lisa Englbrecht

Lisa is not only a long time runner but an RRCA certified coach.  Talk about loving what you do!  Lisa's enthusiasm and expertise for everything running is unmatched!  Whether it comes to running form, nutrition, training schedule, and of course proper footwear, she is an absolute expert.  Lisa has run many marathons over the years, but her favorites were going back to her hometown for the Chicago Marathon, and the Illinois Marathon (her PR)!

No Boundaries 5K & 10K Head Coach:  Katie Parker 

Katie has been a part of the No Boundaries Program and Fleet Feet Cincinnati family for several years.  She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to getting started with a walking or running program and knows the best way to motivate people to keep them going!  She's mastered providing a welcoming environment to our beginners, but knowing when to push them to give a good challenge.   

Training Program Coordinator: Kirsten Cyrus

We're not joking when we say Kirsten is the glue that holds our Training Programs together!  Kirsten not only keeps all of our training programs organized and running smoothly, she also works with our sponsors, arranges special events and generally makes our programs great!  She has a passion for planning events and bringing people together to celebrate what they love.  That combined with the awesome Cincy running community is why she loves organizing our training programs.  Kirsten's favorite part about running is the friendships and adventures that the sport has brought her.  She is currently working toward running her first full marathon in the spring of 2017, with hopes for a 50K to follow!
