Trigger Point is a progression of intense and satisfying self massage manipulations designed to promote blood flow, break up scar tissue and muscle adhesion and increase muscular range of motion. Specifically the technique is to compress or engage a particular muscle and then put that muscle through a range of motions. We will be focusing on the Ultimate 6 - starting at your feet and working your way up to the hips and if time allows neck and shoulders.

 This class will not only focus on the Ultimate 6 but also touch on hydration, breathing and the idea of relaxing while taking care of your body and properly preparing it for the demands we place on it.
