Have you ever wondered what the difference is between fast walking and Race Walking? We are very excited to have Jerry Muskal teaching the proper form of Race Walking. He is the Fleet Feet Sports Race Walking Pace Group Leader for our Fall Training Program, and has learned from some of the best race walkers around the world, as he has been competing for 20 years with elite and Olympic race walkers.
We will practice the form & techniques so be sure to wear your walking shoes and something comfortable. The clinic will last 30 to 45 minutes.
